Corporate Strategy Analyst

The candidate will have the opportunity to become part of the Strategy team with ample company visibility and exposure to the Group CEO and Top management. He/she will report directly to the Group Strategy Manager, taking care about strategies, M&A and special projects.

Main Activities
• Contribute to active monitoring of market trends and competitors;
• Contribute to financial valuations and financial modeling needs of the department;
• Collect and analyze information from internal as well as external sources in order to understand business models, best practices, market trend, etc.;
• Analyse market and continuous monitor of the competitive landscape with particular attention to new M&A opportunities;
• Work with Corporate Top management and Brand Directors to understand their business challenges and participating in identifying and delivering strategic solutions coherent with the overall Group strategy;
• Support the Top Management team in preparing presentations for annual Shareholders meetings;
• Prepare reports and perform business analysis upon business needs;
• Manage small scale ad hoc deadline-based projects, while maintaining day-to-day routines;
• Support product, market, and operations feasibility research and analysis of opportunities;
• Ongoing evaluation of organizational progress against identified objectives;
• Analyze, define, and present plans together with the Corporate Strategy Manager;
• Support the Corporate Strategy Manager with development and execution of strategic initiatives, integration of acquisitions, implementation of programs, and other activities as directed by Executive Management to meet company objectives.

Experience and Education
• 1-2 years of experience in Strategic consulting firm or Investment bank;
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent Business-related degree;
• Master’s of Business Administration is a plus (MBA);
• Experience in strategy, business development, finance, Experience in role within M&A.

Technical and Soft skills
• Fluent in both Italian and English;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
• Strong strategic, business, analytical, and financial modeling skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving, and presentation skills required;
• Well organized, self-starter who eagerly approaches new challenges and looks for opportunity;
• Proven ability to handle confidential information and sensitive situations with tact and maturity;
• Ability to travel.
