Country Manager UK & Eire - London

Responsibilities:
The Cappellini Country Manager UK & Eire is responsible for Cappellini Retail and Contract Dealers in the UK and Eire Market and accountable for Cappellini Distribution to Haworth Channel upon request from Haworth Sales Representatives. In addition, the Cappellini Country Manager UK & Eire is in charge of promoting Cappellini at Haworth’s National Accounts and at A&D all over UK and Eire.

Main activities:
- Managing and optimizing the performance of the Showroom and the staff, in terms of sales revenues, cost optimization and display;
- Building and managing a trustworthy and optimized Cappellini retail and contract-oriented distribution network in the UK & Eire. This will include selecting Haworth dealers, highlighted by Haworth Sales Representatives as interested and valuable Cappellini potential partners;
- Supporting Haworth Global/Local Accounts for Cappellini enquiries all over the UK & Eire;
- Establish significant client base and develop strong client relationships, also with existing Haworth Key Accounts;
- Increasing the professional network of architects and interior designers able to specify the products for both contract and residential projects;
- Supporting network of contract & retail dealers, including training, consulting, acquisition, project support and after-sales;
- Contributing in full alignment with the Company’s guidelines to definition of business plan and strategy of the UK & Eire Distribution (pricing, advertisement, promotions product assortment, competitors benchmarking).
- Being accountable to properly manage projects pipeline and CRM related activities to maximize conversion rate and grow contract & retail opportunities.
- Reaching yearly and business plan revenues and profitability targets for the UK & Eire Market and the assigned clients.
- Support local implementation of campaigns, fairs and roadshows.

Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Industrial Design or Architecture preferred);
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in high-end furniture sales;
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel);
- Excellent English (written and spoken).
