HR Business Partner

Responsabilities
The HR Business Partner is accountable for the development of the organization’s business strategy, providing HR expertise and supporting the achievement of strategic business goals. He/she is responsible for all the HR related matters and projects being a solution provider, advisor and counselor for management team and their employees and maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
The HR Business Partner works closely with the HQ Group HR team in order to ensure an exceptional and value-added HR service and implements HR guidelines and policies to harmonise the Group’s organisational behaviour.
This position will suit a hands-on individual that enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Main Activities
The position of HR Business Partner reports to the HR Manager and his/her duties will include but are not limited to:
- Manage recruiting/hiring activities and internal mobility, in order to support the management in identifying candidates fitting with Company Values and Departements’ needs;
- Manage Performance Management, whilst also contributing to all Compensation & Benefit processes and cycles;
- Ensure proper implementation and management of Appraisal Processes for the employees, to develop qualified management and professional resources for the Company;
- Responsible for preparing monthly reports and executive summaries (e.g. personnel cost, turnover and other indicators);
- Coordinate Budget and Forecast processes;
- Identify and implement Training and Development plans that support employees professional development and improvement;
- Apply the values of Company and maintain the high employee engagement with actions;
- Through effective cross-team working, ensure efficient and accurate HR Administration, whilst overseeing the Payroll process;
- Accurately monitoring deadlines;
- Lead in implementation of corporate HR policies and initiative on a global scale.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and standards;
- Manage Employee Relations, and disciplining employees

Experience and education
- Master’s Degree in Economics;
- Masters in HR Management is a plus;
- 6-10 years of experience in modern, multinational and well-structured HR Departments;
- Experience in 360° in HR Management.

Technical and soft skills
- Fluent in English;
- Literate at Microsoft Office suite;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels;
- Strong self-drive, oriented and proactive approach to achieving the goals;
- Organizational skills, accuracy and reliability;
- Pragmatic problem-solving skills;
- High standard of attention to detail;
- Advanced facilitation and coaching skills and ability to influence senior management level;
- Ability to work independently and under pressure;
- Strong sensitivity regarding budget management and    organizational efficiencies.
