HR Generalist - internship

The role provides support and assistance to the HR Manager and work closely with the Human Resources Team on projects and initiatives. The role consists of the following main activities:

1. To collaborate with the HR Personnel Administration by keeping all files 100% accurate and updated:
   • Maintain and update of all the personal data of employees;
   • Take charge of monitoring vacation, attendance ad overtime;
   • Support on administrative procedures for new hiring (hiring contracts, entry pack etc.), payroll activity.
   • Reporting activities.
2. To active participate in meetings on the business trends:
   • Monitoring KPIs analysis and updating productivity reports;
   • Helping collection of the management needs helping the HR function to guide the implementation of the strategy;
3. To support the HR Manager in managing and the implementation of the HR Processes
4. To support the Recruitment activities
   • Job posting, CV prescreening, schedule and organize job interview, take track of the interviews;
   • Support the management of the interns/temporary staff (contracts and payroll);
5. To partecipate in the definition, planning and implementation of Training plans;
   • Participate in the activities of identification, management and retention of talent;
   • Participate in the definition and management succession planning and performance management activities;
6. To support the internal Communication:
   • To deal with private and confidential personnel issues including employee detail;
   • Where possible to use own initiative in responding/dealing with queries which arise on a daily basis;

Experience and education
- Strong motivation to work in the Human Resources field (previous experience in HR could be preferred);
- Master Degree in Economics, in Human Resources or related or equivalent knowledge;
- HR Master will be a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of English.
