IT Digital Manager

Position purpose
Directs and leads strategy creation, and execution for Lifestyle Design (former Poltrona Frau Group) long-term digital programs which support brands strategic digital marketing initiatives. This includes all digital platform (i.e., website, marketing automation, e-commerce, …). Responsible also to identify and implement analytics reporting system as support of each Brands.
Manages relationships with Brand’s Marketing team, collaborating with key brands functional leaders to support company’s overall digital priorities.

Responsibilities and Results
• Directs development and execution of Digital platform through comprehensive Brand’s needs. Some of digital systems: 
 - Websites
 - E-commerce
 - Product configurator
 - Analytics
- Marketing automation tools
• Define and manages the creation of a common “Digital environment” among different Brands, with the goals to simplify the digital ecosystem, maximize the investment, share the feature developed. At the same time, the environment must warranty the Brand’s tone of voice, communication approach and local specificity.
• Actively monitors new technologies emerging and work with each Marketing and Sales team to propose and in case implement new systems like AR/VR.
• Ensure optimization of websites and other digital media channels are available for SEO, lead generation, usability, and customer experience.
• Defines and shares metrics of traffic, customer engagement, and conversions, using best practice reporting methodologies (i.e., Key Performance Indicators [KPIs] and digital marketing scorecard) to make informed decisions, based on analytics and past experiences.
• Works collaboratively with the System Application Team (Information Technology Dept.) to identify, develop, and implement interconnection between several systems (eg. E-commerce processing orders, Customer portal, …).
• Works collaboratively with Brand’s Marketing Dept. to reach agreed-upon and unified decisions on digital marketing goals, priorities, roles, and direction to collaboratively execute agreed-upon project development and implementation.
• Evaluates end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points to ensure delivery of seamless message across all touchpoints to maximize customer experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly developed interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization skills with demonstrated ability in project planning and time management skills.
• Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with focus on details, completing assigned tasks accurately and in timely basis.
• Analytical skills to direct and manage digital metrics.
• Strong team collaboration and consensus-building skills.
• Ability to manage simultaneous projects from inception to completion, both independently and as part of team.
• Readily adapt to new processes/technologies and change and help others operate flexibly.
• Ability to work in development oriented, team environment.

Education & Work experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years related experience in digital project, including web site, e-commerce, SEO and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent knowledge of main web platform and developing language.
• Knowledge of Magento is recommended.

Work location: Milan.
The position may requires 30% travelling for business reasons within Europe and internationally to perform the role.
