South Europe Sales Manager

The South Europe Sales Manager is responsible for managing the Brand South Europe dealers’ network within the assigned region, Italy included, in full alignment with the HQ. Optimize the performance of the dealers through interaction with, Brand Director, Marketing team, Customer Service, Brand Global Sales & Marketing Director and EMEA Sales Director.

The South Europe Sales Manager will directly report to the Brand EMEA Sales Director.

Tasks and Responsibilities
• Managing Brand dealers’ network in the Territory setting up the Company brand commercial strategy: adv investments, promotions, product assortment, competitors benchmarking, pricing and discount policies;
• Managing the Italian market, representing the 80-85% of the assigned region in terms of turnover, numbers of client and profitability;
• Managing and optimizing the performance of the Branded spaces and its staff, in terms of sales revenues, cost optimization, display according to in store philosophy;
• Reaching the yearly and business plan revenues and profitability targets for the assigned Region;
• Optimizing the Company geographic presence, opening or changing, when necessary, new dealers;
• Training dealers sales force accompanying them in their visits to the main architects and interior designers’ customers present in the Territory.

Job requirements
• Proven Sales history of at least 6-8 years achieving measurable sales goals;
• Excellent networker;
• Organized and independent;
• Resilient under stress;
• Strategic but pragmatic;
• Capable of working in a multicultural environment;
• Cost conscious.

Experience and Education
• University degree in Business Administration or Design;
• 8 -10 years’ experience in high end furniture sales;
• Min 6 - 8 years’ experience within the Italian market;
• Proficient in Office packet.
